Please suggest about the P4 INT Specification updates to add additional parameters.

Who is the authorized team to review and approve the same?

Please confirm.

p4-...@lists.p4.org is the current email address of the P4 Applications work group, some of whose members wrote the INT specification.

I am forwarding your email there.

Note that the group working on the INT specification has not been actively meeting for at least 2 years now, if I recall correctly, so even in the p4-apps email list I am not sure who might respond to your question.
