P4.org blog post for P4Runtime v1.4 release

Hi all,

As the P4 workshop approaches and with the coming release of P4Runtiume v1.4, we have the opportunity to write a blog post for p4.org. The blog post should mention the release but may also be a good opportunity to discuss the place of P4Runtime in the wider networking ecosystem, latest developments around P4Runtime / networkong runtime APIs / network operating systems (notably the PINS effort), and discuss the long term direction of P4Runtime and the P4 API WG. Let me know if anyone is interested in writing or contributing to the blog post.
