We had a good discussion about ecosystem fragmentation with P4Runtime & TDI, and the merits / drawbacks of each one. I think there could be value in the WG getting involved in the TDI effort, but that may require some goodwill from Intel as well.

Some items that have been identified:

- A good specification document for TDI - I am sure Intel has customer-facing documentation that could be cleaned up and used as a starting point

- A P4Runtime server implementation over TDI, similar to what Stratum has for P4Runtime <-> BF-RT translation

- A native Protobuf-based protocol for TDI, which could become P4Runtime v2?
