MTT mailing lists migration to Google Groups

Similar to the Open MPI mailing lists, the MTT mailing lists have been migrated to Google Groups.

Additionally, the mtt-announce@ and mtt-devel@ lists have been abandoned — there is now only the mtt-...@lists.open-mpi.org Google Group:
