NC WRRI Conference Call for Abstracts Now Open
We encourage students, faculty, practitioners, and community members from across the state to submit abstracts for consideration for the North Carolina Water Resources conference. The deadline to submit an abstract is November 18th.
The conference program is determined by the abstracts that are submitted and accepted by WRRI. Past conferences have had sessions on a variety of topics from across the state including:
- Surface and groundwater quality and quantity
- Flooding
- Emerging contaminants
- Water and wastewater treatment
- Erosion control
- Stormwater management
- Water policy
- Community engagement
- & much more!

About the Conference
The North Carolina Water Resources conference will take place on March 19th and 20th in Raleigh at the McKimmon conference center. This annual conference, hosted by the Water Resources Research Institute, brings together academics, utilities, consultants, nonprofits, state and federal agencies, among many others working in various water resources sectors. We hope to see you there!
