Good Afternoon and Happy New Year,
We’re writing to remind you that our 2026 NC Land and Water Fund Application cycle will open on January 15th this year for applications to our Acquisition, Restoration, Planning, and Innovative Stormwater programs, and will close on March 1st. In addition,
our Donation Mini Grant Program is currently active, with January 15th as the next deadline.
Hannah and Isaac joined the NCLWF team in late summer 2025 and are eager to help assist you in your application process as needed. Booking links for pre-application project review meetings with Hannah (Central), Isaac (Eastern) and Damon (Western) are as follows:

You will find updated information on qualifying project administrative costs, new guidelines on greenway scoring, and other critical information that will help guide you to a successful application.
