Draft Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for turbidity in the Rocky River (Yadkin River Basin), North Carolina.

 

Now Available for Public Comment

 

The Draft TMDL was developed to meet requirements of Section 303(d) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to address turbidity impairments. It is subject to approval by EPA.

Interested parties are invited to comment on the Draft TMDL by February 27, 2026. Comments should be directed to TMDL303d...@deq.nc.gov and must be received no later than 5 pm on February 27, 2026.
