Join the Community Food Projects Community of Practice for a reflective end-of-year gathering. Together, we’ll take stock of a challenging year for community food systems - both personally and collectively - and honor the work, resilience, and creativity that have carried us through. Through individual journaling, small-group conversations, and full group sensemaking, we’ll look back on our two years as the CFP Community of Practice, lift up what we’ve learned, and begin imagining what we want to cultivate together in the year ahead. 

This session will be spacious, grounding, and restorative, giving us all a chance to breathe, connect, and reset before the new year. Pro tip: the reflections we do together might be a great template for your organizations' end of year processes - come experience it for yourself and bring back what works to your teams.
