Organic Growers School is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Farmer Programs and Organic Growing & Living initiatives, including Farm Beginnings, Journeyperson, CRAFT Farmer Network, and other sustainable agriculture education programs.
This full-time role (37 hrs/wk) works closely with the Director of Programs to manage curriculum, speakers, participant data, and event logistics. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative and educational program coordination experience, a background in sustainable agriculture, and strong organizational and communication skills.
This role requires frequent evenings/weekends and on-the-ground presence across Western NC. Candidates must be based in the Western NC region. Pay is $23.28/hour with full-time benefits.
