Hi,

We are a team of scientists and engineers working on an air drying retrofit technology that uses thermal energy (energy in the form of environmental heat).

We are currently conducting paid field studies and surveys with producers and growers to better understand current drying/dehumidification practices, energy costs, operational pain points, and interest in improved drying solutions to address food waste or spoilage.

We are especially interested in learning from operators who are actively managing grain drying, bin storage, specialty crop drying (herbs such as garlic, basil/parsley or lavender), or humidity-related quality issues. If you're interested in the paid study (takes ~5-10 min), we would love to hear from you and can offer a small VISA gift card to say thanks.

With more efficient drying, we believe we can address some of the more pressing needs around preservation and food waste in the community. Thanks for your help!
