I don't think there will be ever a "definite" solution. Most sites are
designed just for Chrome. Maybe they are also tested with Safari and
Firefox... that's all.
I also fear this trend will continue, given Firefox increased
irrelevance and Mozilla lack of roadmap and missed opportunities.
If there is a cross-site missing feature that can perhaps be backported
or specifically fixed, I don't know what happens.
In your case, the page loads for me and asks for cookie settings in my
seamonkey! A bit of random clicking shows no evident breakage either.
