I've used SM for years on my Windows 11 computer using it to check two accounts on the same domain. Outgoing messages sent just fine until I added another account on the same domain. Now only the primary account listed as the outgoing server ID can send messages. If I swap the ID to one of the other accounts that account can send messages but not the other two. How to I configure the setting so all three accounts can use the same outgoing server settings? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

You need to create additional outgoing servers
configurations.

Go to Edit->Account Settings; on the left side, choose the item at the
bottom ("Outgoing Server (SMTP)"). There, use the "Add..." button to add
an entry for each of the accounts, so that at the end you have three,
one for each user ID you want to send messages with.

(You don't need to add three if you already have an entry suitable for
some of the accounts, what matters is that the end result is three, each
for one of the "incoming/reading" accounts.)

Then, select, on the left side, each of the affected incoming accounts,
and select the appropriate outgoing configuration in "Outgoing Server
(SMTP)" (should be at the bottom on the right half of the dialog, when
you select the top-level account entry in the left-side tree - note, the
top-level one, *not* "Server Settings").

The end result should be that there are three different SMTP
configurations, one for each ID, and that each "incoming/reading"
account entry has the corresponding SMTP account/configuration selected
there.

I'm surprised you would say that. I have a similar situation: four email
accounts on three different servers, but only three SMTP servers. The
two accounts in the same domain use the same SMTP server, the only
difference being that in their Server Settings they have different
usernames and passwords. Perhaps that's the OP's issue -- that he's
trying to send from one account using the other's login data and the
server is rejecting the spoof.
