cross-site issue: CloudFlare verification

Hi,

since from time to time web compatibility comes up, we have an issue
with CloudFlare: it acts as a barrier to a lot of websites and it became
very picky.

It is also  SeaMonkey 2.53.20, but e.g also broken with ArcticFox since
"ever".

They appear to cut out a lot of older browsers which are still decently
compatible (and in experience even better than SM):
Firefox 78 ESR loops forever
PaleMoon 32 stops responding after a while
InterWeb crashes on mac!

However, old Safari 11 (which is... in theory, worse in compatibility
than all above mentioned browsers, including SM 2.53.20) passes through
verification

Has anyone looked into that, by chance? Knows what wizardry they
attempt? Either Safari was very advanced, or gecko has an issue only
recently solved

It seems unsolved yet, despite being a well-known problem:

What we should do is complain to site owners using Cloudflare because
they are unjustly blocking us.
