Hi,
All of a sudden, all computers i have using Seamonkey mail, are asking for username and password and when i input it does not work.
Is there a new setting for popping mail from gmail and using Seamonkey as email program?
Thank you,
Rudra

Do you have authentication set to OAUTH2 ?

Hi,
I got it to work again...
Here is how, in case it can help others...
In Google you need to turn on 2 step verification.
Then once this is done you need a Google generated passcode for third party apps (which is what Seamonkey is considered)
Then you input this one time passcode when Seamonkey asks for password.
Everything worked then.
This does not change your original username or password for your email (that stays the same).
And none of my server settings in Seamonkey changed either.
Hope this helps,
Gratefully,
Rudra
