I'm trying to write an iptables connection tracking howto.

I need to be able to -j LOG packets and connections as they move through the tables and chains.  The rulesets load without errors; however, the expected LOGs are not showing up in any of  the usual places: kern.log, syslog.

Is anybody familiar with iptables logging in lxc containers and where (if) they show up?

Thanks for any help,
Mike Wright
