Announcing Incus 0.6!

Hello,

I'm very excited to announce the release of Incus 0.6!

This is our second release of 2024 and it's another busy one!

With Incus, you can easily create and manage both containers and
virtual-machines on a standalone system or a cluster of machines.
It provides a variety of storage and networking options with the goal to feel
like you're interacting with a cloud, but all locally.

The highlights for this fourth release of Incus are:
- Shared block storage support (clustered LVM)
- Storage bucket backup and restore
- Control over shared block devices
- Cross-project image listing
- Support for Linux 6.7 unprivileged binfmt_misc
- Additional OVN network information
