lxc support for openSUSE Leap 16.0

When someone has a minute could they please add openSUSE Leap 16.0 to
the download templates.

Hey there,

I've pushed the change now to stop building 15.5 and start building
16.0, we'll see if we hit any issues during the build or test phase
that may need extra work.

Thanks. Maybe there are issues? At the moment I still see only 15.5,
15.6 and tumbleweed when performing an lxc-create -t download

Yeah, the image has built successfully but appears to be failing the
tests, as a result no OpenSUSE images are getting published.
I'm kinda swamped with other things so it may take a few days before I
can sort this out.
