Embench-IoT 2.0 Weekly Update

Hi all,

we're getting close to the release of Embench-IoT 2.0, here's the current status of things:

Progress since last week:

• Added a new ML kernel: depthconv
  
• Removed st and minver and some unrequired floating point usage, all benches are now integer only
• Decided on a reference board: STM32F4-DISC1
• Current best candidate for inference engine benchmark: https://github.com/sipeed/TinyMaix

Long-term (Until paper deadline) tasks:

• Compute baseline results for the reference board.
• (Add descriptions of the bit benchmark Jeremy has been working on and the inference engine)?
