Dear All,

We are looking at smart contract based legals for our clients in U.K. We have a number of blockhain startups & VC firms we advise like Everledger.io

I would be very interested in connecting with anyone who is interested in exploring a smart contract test/use case on a whole transaction (or just a single contract) for one of our UK clients.

Hi Michael,

what kinds of blockchain smart contracts do you have in mind for your clients?

are you talking about investment agreements / employment agreements / ESOPs, to which your clients would be a party?

or are you talking about developing smart contracts in concert with your clients' existing product plans, where your clients' clients would be parties to the smart contracts?

Hi Meng,

In some ways both types.

For the client project it's smart contacts for products/services they sell to their clients. We have at least one live project right now with a blockchain client.

However we are also interested in collaborating on a <smart contracted> transaction for our clients - we do tons of funding rounds for London high profilestartups. Having a legaltech aspect to our model also facilities raising investment funds to growth our brand.

Do you have time for a call to discuss Meng?

Rgds, Mike
