Scala 2.13 support?

Hi,

Are there any plans to release spark-cassandra-connector_2.13?

Spark just released 3.3.0 with Java 17 support. Unfortunately, Scala 2.12 does not work with Java 17, so we're forced to upgrade to 2.13.

All of my spark dependencies have a 2.13 release except for the Cassandra connector.
