Hello,

Thanks for the work that you all have done on this driver! I'd like to help get 3.0 released, is there any way for non-Datastax employees to contribute to this driver (I looked through JIRA and every issue was already assigned to someone)?

Hi Sid,

We've just released the 3.0.0.beta.1, you should be able to get it from rubygems.

Yes, you can totally contribute to the driver. You need to sign the contribution license agreement, fork the driver repo, and submit a PR for your changes.
