A request for comments from the Ruby driver community

   Greetings all!  I'm working on RUBY-332 (https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/RUBY-332) and would love to get some feedback from the community on the pull request.  The changes add explicit support for the duration type introduced protocol v5.  This support is required to fully support DSE 6.8 due to the use of durations in a few schemas.
