[Release] DataStax Ruby Driver for Apache Cassandra 3.2.4 GA and Enterprise Ruby Driver 2.1.4 GA

All,

   I'm pleased to announce the release of version 3.2.4 of the DataStax Ruby Driver for Apache Cassandra as well as version 2.1.4 of the Enterprise Ruby Driver!

   This version addresses the following issues (in both drivers):

RUBY-329 - Removing BigDecimal.new in order to support MRI 2.7

RUBY-330 - Updates to rake, yard and ffi

   These gems should work with Ruby 2.2 through 2.7.  The Cassandra driver has been tested against Cassandra versions from 2.1 through an alpha release of 4.0.  The Enterprise Ruby Driver has been tested against DSE 4.8 and DSE 5.1 (the range supported by previous driver releases).

   Also note that the Enterprise Ruby Driver now uses a pessimistic version constraint so you'll always get the latest 3.2.x Ruby driver.
