[Release] Ruby DSE Driver 1.0.1

One of our illustrious users (Răzvan Popa) discovered an issue with the dse-driver gem that basically made it DOA for MRI. Further investigation proved we have an issue for JRuby as well.

We've resolved the issue (RUBY-253) and are releasing v1.0.1 today -- it's a patch release with only this fix on top of 1.0.0. Also, we've removed 1.0.0 from RubyGems since it's DOA.
