Govind,

This is currently a known issue with the Windows build; see PHP-226. There are some changes that need to be made and this ticket captured some of those things for PHP v7.2 however we are aware that more changes are required. The upcoming goal is to upgrade the C/C++ driver and get things working with the latest PHP versions on both Linux and Windows. Feel free to follow that ticket as work is estimated to begin within the next couple weeks.
