cannot set property 'executor' of null

Hi guys.

On our nodejs server I sometimes (not very often) get this error. It happens here: https://github.com/datastax/nodejs-driver/blob/b85965d6573aa5967a471be530ce16b7e997318f/lib/mapping/mapping-handler.js#L368

It is not resolved by restarting the db, i have to restart the nodejs server. I don't have a good clue why this is happening or how I could resolve this. Do you have any idea?
