Packages for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Hi Folks

Currently deb packages for up to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS are being built and published. Is there any appetite for supporting and publishing  Ubuntu 20.04 LTS packages?  

From source it appears to build and package fairly easily on 20.04 (and 21.04 for that matter).

I had a crack at looking at the Jenkinsfile around what would be needed to support this process in the CI pipeline, but as a Jenkins neophytye it is most like not correct.
