Cassandra-4 Compatbility

Hi folks,

I have a question regarding the compatibility of C++ Driver with the latest Protocol v5.

I can see from the changLog the folowwing change :

Added beta support for protocol v5 which can be enabled using cass_cluster_set_use_beta_protocol_version()

I would like to know if it's still in beta support ?

Thanks for your message! My apologies, I missed this when it originally came through.

Protocol version v5 is out of beta support as of Apache Cassandra 4.0. The C++ driver still includes only beta support for v5, however. You should still be able to connect to Cassandra 4.0+ using protocol version v4.
