[Release] DataStax Python Driver Version 2.7.0

Version 2.7.0 of the DataStax Python Driver has been released

This has been a performance-focused release. Major highlights include new extensions accelerating result deserialization, and new request timer implementations providing improvements in synchronous request throughput. Read more about it in the blog post accompanying this release.

Apologies for the noise here.

The 2.7.0 source distribution was not including certain source files required for building core extensions. This has been resolved and published in patch release 2.7.1.
