Hello,

I have a case as follows: I am using service discovery client to get the host and port of a cassandra instance. At the start of the application the service discovery client retrieves the correct host and port for the started cassandra instace and the cluster connects to the retrieved host and port successfully. At some point a the cassandra instance goes down and then after a while (around 30 seconds) it comes back up, but on a different host and port. Now the cluster attempts re-connection using the initialized port and host. Is it possible to change the contact point of the cluster so it would try to connect to the correct address and port ?

Kind regards,
Mcm
