[RELEASE] DSE driver 1.6.7

Hello all, 

We have released a new patch version for the DSE Java driver, the new version is 1.6.7.

This version only brings one simple dependency update to the latest TinkerPop version for the DSE Graph module. 

The latest TinkerPop release brings major performance improvements in the Fluent API for DSE Graph. Please consider updating if using the Fluent API.
