[Release] DataStax Enterprise C/C++ 1.0 GA

This GA release includes a host targeting policy for graph analytic queries and supports the use of geometric types in graph queries. This release includes all the features in the RC1 and the improvements made in the C/C++ core driver 2.5 release.
