[Release] C/C++ Driver 2.4

Hello!

I'm pleased to announce the 2.4 release of the DataStax C/C++ driver. This release includes several new features, improvements and fixes:

[CPP-353] Add better support for "custom" types (New Feature)

[CPP-337] Log message once when a node is down/up during reconnect  (New Feature)
[CPP-212] Introduce SASL interface (New Feature)

[CPP-367] "UP" event on driver startup can cause connection to hang (Bug)
[CPP-366] `null` values don't have a data/value type (Bug)
[CPP-348] Segfault when preparing statement for table whose name exists in multiple keyspaces (Bug)
[CPP-341] 32-bit Compilation Issue with Boost v1.60.0 (CASS_USE_BOOST_ATOMIC) (Bug)
