The c++ thrift based driver exposed a method, describe_schema_versions, that could be used to verify that the cluster was in schema agreement. There doesn't appear to be a version of this method in the native driver. How is the user of the driver suppose to know if the cluster is in agreement after creating a table or keyspace in the cluster?

Anyone know if creating keyspaces or tables with the driver will cause problems with the cluster schema getting out of agreement?

The driver waits for a schema agreement before returning from query that changes schema.
