IMPACT: Network communication issues, high latency and packet loss.
DESCRIPTION: At approximately 6:00 PM PDT network communication issues were observed at Earl Warren Data Center. There appears to have been an event generating a high volume of traffic. The traffic event stopped at approximately 6:25 PM and all services returned to normal. Network Services is investigating.
