IMPACT: Some Wi-Fi access points are losing connection to the Wi-Fi Infrastructure. Most locations will have redundant coverage to mitigate user issues. Wi-Fi Team is currently engaging with the vendor.
DESCRIPTION: Random Wi-Fi APs in the South Campus Area are losing connection to the Wi-Fi Infrastructure. Investigation has already commenced.

Resolved. All devices are back to normal operation.
There was an internal processing issue in the infrastructure that will require additional analysis by the vendor.
