IMPACT: There will be a 15 to 30 minute window where the bSecure system will be unable to resolve User-ID entries. This could cause new GlobalProtect connections to improperly register into User-ID and may prevent updates to VSYS group mappings.
This will not impact access to, or use of, GlobalProtect for remote access. Only firewall access policy that depends on user identification from GlobalProtect.
DESCRIPTION: We are updating our LDAP configuration in our bSecure environment. This configuration is used map GlobalProtect connections to CalNet users as well as map CalNet users to firewall user group policies.
