SCOPE: Wi-Fi Keys Web Service
IMPACT: Users will now choose their own passwords, within the rules of the UC Berkeley password policy, instead of being provided system generated passwords.
DESCRIPTION: Two enhancements to Wi-Fi Keys are being rolled out:
1) User designated passwords for eduroam and Berkeley-IoT
2) Streamlined user management (create password, change password)
