SCOPE: bSecure and Voice PCI Panorama, UserID, and Logging Infrastructure

IMPACT: Panorama will be briefly unavailable for firewall administrators while the service changes sites, but firewall and VPN services will not be impacted.

DESCRIPTION: This upgrade brings all of the Panorama firewall, logging, and UserID management appliances up to the target OS we are planning to implement on the firewalls at a later date.
