RESOLUTION: The source of the traffic has been blocked and the network stabilized. We will work with the Data Center operations team to investigate further.

UPDATE: We have identified a high volume traffic pattern that may be related to the ongoing outage. We are taking measures to address the issue and will continue to investigate.
