IMPACT: Widespread disruption of campus network connectivity
DESCRIPTION: We've identified a power failure issue at the Sutardja Dai network core. This has caused significant disruption to almost all campus network services.
Many services have or will restore automatically on the redundant core location near Rec Sports. We're monitoring this process but it will take some time for some services to recover.
In a few cases services are not redundant and will not be restored until we have resolved the power issues. We have no ETA for restoration at this time.
Services which are unlikely to automatically recover include connectivity for many off-campus sites and a few buildings where we are still transitioning from legacy EECS department networking (Cory, Soda, Sutardja Dai).
We'll provide further updates as more information becomes available.

DESCRIPTION: Campus facilities services are working on issues with power at our Sutardja Dai network core location. Currently it appears that an issue exists that has caused the main breaker to open, and it may take some time to diagnose the issue and restore service to this location.
We have restored connectivity to many off campus locations that were impacted. We are continuing to work on some issues that are still impacting restoration of Wi-Fi service for some locations. In addition we have received reports of issues with campus DHCP and DNS services which we are investigating.
