IMPACT: Connectivity outage for University Village networking
DESCRIPTION: The network team worked with the vendor to restore connectivity to University Village. The vendor repaired a fiber break to restore connection, and the Wi-Fi team reset apartment APs as necessary to ensure restoration of service.
We may be performing a further reboot of all wi-fi access points at University Village overnight Wednesday Sep 24 - Thursday Sep 25. Further details will be communicated regarding the timing of this work.
