SCOPE: Implement Storm Control on some data center switchports
IMPACT: No service interruption is expected from the change. After the
change, further storms will cause the source switchport(s) to be
placed into a disabled state.
DESCRIPTION: In order to prevent further incidents in which network
storms caused widespread data center network outage, we will be
implementing Storm Control on all switchports assigned to VLANs 1840
and 1841 in the data center.
