SCOPE: Creekside network will be down for 15 minutes while rebooting the switch
IMPACT: The network service (WIFI and wired) will be down the 15 minutes that the switch takes to reboot.
DESCRIPTION: Switch needs to be rebooted to clear framing errors of a port that connects to one WAP.
