Job 1

Bay Area Social Services Consortium Program Manager 

• The budgeted salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000 annually.

• The incumbent will (1) provide project management, planning, and coordination for multiple projects and initiatives, e.g., planning/scheduling project meetings, tracking and reminding collaborators of project milestones and deliverables and deadlines; (2) assist with data collection, management, and analysis, with input from BASSC director and other collaborators; (3) supervise and train other staff and students participating in BASSC projects and initiatives; (4) collaborate with external partners to facilitate data collection and analysis, (5) prepare deliverables, with input from collaborators; and 6) work collaboratively with agency partners to design and implement initiatives and activities.

Birth Center Equity Development Manager (Remote) 

• $90,000 annually

• Position opened until filled

• Birth Center Equity (BCE) is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the growing grants program and the day-to-day development functions of the organization. Must love mobilizing resources for birth justice and social change. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this position is responsible for managing BCE’s grants program, donor data management, donor prospecting, and external donor communications. This role will be a core strategic and administration development-focused position for the organization, and provides the opportunity to create and maintain systems to more effectively run the development activities and strategies to bring in more philanthropic resources.
