Entitled Futures is excited to announce that we are hiring Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to join our team in the Bay Area.
Our mission is to strengthen the mental health of our community by supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. We believe that in order to help youth thrive, we must also support the adults and caregivers in their lives—and that addressing cycles of trauma requires serving justice-impacted adults as well.
We are seeking Associates who are passionate about one or more of these areas:

Youth & Adolescents – supporting emotional resilience, identity development, and wellbeing in school and community settings.

Adults & Parents/Caregivers – working with adults who are raising or supporting youth, to disrupt intergenerational cycles of trauma.

Justice-Impacted Adults – offering healing and resilience-building support for adults impacted by the justice system.

Intersectional Focus – bridging across youth, families, and justice-impacted adults for holistic care.
