I'm Isabella, on the founding team at Hera. We provide Medicare-covered geriatric care management, bringing a service that was previously only privately available to the broader aging population.

We've grown rapidly in the past few months and the work genuinely changes lives. Last month one of our care managers fought to get a client assessed by palliative care. He's now spending his final days in the apartment he's loved for 50 years, with his family, because she wouldn't quit. A daughter recently told us: "You made my life so I could breathe again."

I think this could be a great fit for your students - our care managers use their whole degree rather than siloing into one specialty. The role is remote with a flexible schedule, pays $40-60/hr, and we have a Hero Academy track for those earlier in their careers who want more support ramping up.
