Dear Program Directors and Administrators,

Mendocino Community Health Centers (MCHC) is pleased to invite your residents and students to an upcoming local career fair on May 9, 2026, at the Ukiah Valley Conference Center in Ukiah, CA. This event is designed specifically for residents and early-career providers as they prepare for the next step in their career journey. This event offers a unique opportunity for Primary Care Physicians, APPs/ PCCs, OBGYNs, Dentist, and more to engage directly with hiring organizations serving Lake and Mendocino Counties. Attendees will be able to meet providers, recruiters, and clinical leaders face-to-face, explore a variety of practice settings, and gain a meaningful understanding of what it is like to live and work in this region.

Invited exhibitors include Mendocino Community Health Clinic, Adventist Health, Anderson Valley Health Center, Baechtel Creek Medical Clinic, Lake County Public Health, several social service agencies, local school districts, and more.

This is a grant-funded event, and there is no cost to attend. We are also pleased to offer a free CME session on Addiction Medicine from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM led by Dr. Mario Espindola and Dr. Cara Eberhardt. Space is limited and RSVP is required for CME participation. We’ll have food, refreshments, and attendees will also be entered into raffles for local lodging/experiences, including a grand prize for a 2-night stay at the B. Bryan Preserve in Point Arena, CA.

Please share the attached flyer with your residents, fellows, and students. We ask that attendees please RSVP by using the QR code on the attached flyer by April 24th. Thank you very much for your time and partnership, we truly appreciate your help in connecting providers with meaningful career opportunities. Please reach out if you have any questions.
