CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Your therapy appointment time is exclusively reserved for you and is considered a firm commitment. Two exceptions a year may be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session must be rescheduled or payment in full will be due. If one person in a couple/family is unable to attend a joint session, attending solo or doing a parent session is an option. Reschedules are available within the month a session is missed if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
