Family & Child Empowerment Services (FACES) provides families who live and work in San Francisco with high-quality early childhood education and enrichment; job support, training, and placement; and comprehensive family support services and referrals. Our mission is to empower families who live and work in San Francisco to transform their futures through evidence-based educational and economic opportunities.
We are looking for a Program Evaluation Analyst who is ready to gain hands-on experience, build skills, and make a real impact this summer. This role will play a crucial role in the ongoing evaluation and learning processes for FACES programs. The analyst will analyze data from the 2025-26 FACES program year and summarize results and outcomes to inform our practices and demonstrate our impact. The analyst will work with the Evaluation and Learning Manager to engage stakeholders in participatory processes to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for development. These efforts will enable FACES to ensure that families and individuals in San Francisco receive the support they need to live, grow, and thrive.
